Mom’s Famous Cream Puffs recipe is a classic and delicious dessert that’s sure to impress. This recipe features light and fluffy pastry shells filled with a rich and creamy filling. To make the pastry shells, mix flour, butter, and water before baking until golden brown. For the filling, whip together heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until it becomes a light and fluffy mixture. Then, fill the pastry shells with the cream filling and dust with powdered sugar.
i tweaked my Mom’s Famous Cream Puffs recipe to make it even better. I would never have imagined it was possible, but once again, I was mistaken! Cream puffs are a puffy and creamy dessert that is almost too sweet. This dough is identical to the one used in our Eclair recipe. When you need a quick and relatively simple recipe that will feed a crowd, this is the recipe to use. I was able to make 16 cream puffs with this recipe.
