°8 C bread cubes
°3 apples, peeled, seeded and chopped
°4 eggs
°1 c vanilla yogurt
°1 c milk
°2 t cinnamon, divided
°½ t nutmeg
°½ c sugar + 2 tsps
°Half a c raisins
*Methods :
In  saucepan on medium-low heat, mixing butter, heavy cream, & brown sugar. Brings to a boil.
Reduce heat & simmer until sauce thickens, 5 min. Pour on bread pudding to serving. Putting vanilla ice cream on top.
If you can, leave bread cubes outside for a some hours until they are nice & dry. If not, placing on  baking sheet & bake at 350 for 10-15 min
You can making it the night before and pop it in the oven for breakfast – it actually gets better if it just sits all night!
