Great for brunch, large families, and Sunday brunch!
°1/2 c milk
°16 ounces refrigerated breakfast biscuits (I used a Pillsbury Flaky type)
Don’t cook first
°4 green onion
°2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
If you like meat – cooked bacon in the middle or cooked sausage
11×17 skillet, sprayed with cooking spray (note: I think a 9×13 works best, but you may need to bake a little longer)
Mix eggs & milk in a large bowl. Cut each cookie (it’s all about scissors in the kitchen) into fours and add them to the bowl. I like to do this before cooking the bacon or chopping the green onions – give the crackers some time to soak in the eggs.
Chop the green onions, grate the cheese, and cook and chop the bacon (or sausage). Add everything to the bowl.
Mix it up and pour it into the skillet. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes..closer to 30
