°2 cups of water
°2 cups uncooked instant rice
°2 cans (10 ounces) chicken pieces, drained
°1 can (10.75 ounces) cream mushroom soup
°1 (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken
°¼ cup butter
°1 cup milk
°1 package (16 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli
°1 small white onion, chopped
°1 pound melted cheese
Step 1 – Preheat oven 350 degrees F
Step 2 – In saucepan, bring water to boil. Stir in instant rice, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
Step 3 – In a 9×13 inch baking dish, combine the prepared rice, chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, butter, milk, broccoli, onion and melted cheese.
Step 4 – Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Stir halfway through cooking to help the cheese melt evenly
