°400g smoked sausage

°200g cheddar cheese
°20 cl of semi thick cream

* Methods :
Peeled potatoes, washing them also cut them to cubes. Cook them for 10 minutes in a pan of salted boiling water.
Cut the sausages into slices, brown them for 10 minutes in a dry pan.
Peeled garlic also onion, chop finely. Brown them for 5 minutes in an ovenproof pan, add the potatoes and the smoked sausage.
Preheat oven 180°C or Th.6.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the cream, salt and pepper. Pour into the skillet. Add half of the grated cheddar. Bake covered for 20 minutes. After this time, remove the lid, add the rest of the cheese and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
Serving with herb of your choice.
