°1 tortilla (wheat)
°100 g Beef (minced)
°100 g Tomato (flesh)
°1 tsp heavy cream
°20 g grated cheese
°1/10 bu. Coriander (fresh)
In a hot skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and the steaks. Brown over high heat for 2 minutes, breaking them up with a spatula. Salt, pepper.
Add the tomatoes, mix and simmer two more minutes over low heat. Do not hesitate to add a little pepper or tabasco if you have it.
When your meat is ready, garnish the tortillas on one side with the beef-tomato mixture, add the cream and grated cheese. (Optional: a few coriander leaves). Salt, pepper.
Fold the quesadillas in half.
Brown the quesadillas for two minutes on each side, until the cheese is melted.
Cut the quesadillas into 3 or 4. Serve with a little tomato sauce and lemon if you wish. It’s ready !
