Easy Air Fryer Corn on the Cob Recipe

Enjoy our Air fryer corn on the cob recipe that is quick, easy, crunchy, and delicious.
Corn is a unique product because once cooked, it retains almost all of its useful properties and nutrients. Naturally, this will depend on the duration of the heat exposure. Therefore, I feel that cooking it in the air fryer is the best way to cook it. 10-12 minutes from start to finish. Quick and delicious, with a beautiful finish and caramelized crust! No need to wrap it in foil.
Ingredients:
4 ears fresh corn
Salt and pepper to taste
Add a bit of seasoning if desired. I use the  gourmet roast vegetables and fries spice blend
1 teaspoon vegetable oil. Or  spray oil.
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley, to garnish
Directions:
Remove husk and silks from each ear of corn. Rinse and pat dry.
Drizzle vegetable oil over corn. I find it easier using spray oil
Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
Pre-heat air fryer to 400F (200C) for 2 minutes.
Place seasoned corn in the air fryer basket/tray and cook for 12 minutes, flip halfway on the other side.
Add butter and you have an amazing side dish.
Notes: You may need to cut corn in half to fit into your air fryer. If so, break the fresh corn in half using your hands. Easy.
