°1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
°chopped red onion
°1 c. Chopped sweet pepper
°2-3 c. broccoli flowers
°½ c large tomatoes, diced
°½ tsp. spices
°½ tsp. basil
°½ tsp. garlic powder
°¼ tsp. Red pepper
°Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large mixing basin, combine the veggies and chicken pieces. Toss in the olive oil, thyme, basil, garlic powder, paprika, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix well until everything is covered and put together. On a large baking sheet, arrange the chicken and vegetables in a uniform layer. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the vegetables are tender.
