°300g (2 cups) flour
°45g (1/4 cup) sugar
°pinch of salt
°7g dry yeast
°a hundred and forty ml (3/5 cup) warm milk
°forty g (1/4 cup) softened butter
+For the decoration:
In bowl, integrate sugar, yeast & milk and stir to dissolving.
Whisk egg. Adding flour and salt, & start kneading dough with a spatula. Then hold kneading together along with your palms till you get an elastic dough.
Add the softened butter and hold kneading till the butter is nicely incorporated into the dough.
Form a ball with the dough, cowl with a tea towel or plastic wrap and allow upward thrust for an hour.
Divided dough into eight elements & roll every right to a ball. Cover and allow stand 30 mins.
Flatten every ball a touch and roll it right into a ball again. Cover and allow relaxation for some other 30 mins.
Frying balls in warm oil on low warmth for 2-3 mins on every side.
Let cool slightly and reduce in 1/2 of lengthwise, like a burger bun.
Garnish 1/2 of with whipped cream and chopped strawberries, close with the opposite 1/2 of, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
