ingredients:
°1 head of cabbage
°2 pounds minced meat
°2 grated onions
°1 cup rice
°Salt, pepper, coriander
°tomato sauce
°Quince 1 piece
Directions::
Boil cabbage, blend meat /onions /rice, salt, pepper, coriander.
We take leaf cabbage, put mince meat & wrapping it in cabbage roll
Putting cabbage roll in saucepan, covering with plate, putting quince tranches on top of
rolls, pour tomato sauce. Cooking to tender. Enjoy !
